The application takes just a few short minutes to fill out. Once the application is submitted, it is reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, an e-mail will be sent to the bulk customer and will be provided a username and password. (If denied, the customer will receive an email notifying them). Once a username and password has been created, customers can visit the Gift of Choice website and place their orders online at any time.
