In the past, my cards were sent activated. Why do I have to activate them?
In the past, cards were sent pre-activated, making packages a large target for fraud. To combat fraud and apply industry best practices to our program, cards must be activated upon arrival. The activation process is very easy, and takes only a few short moments to complete. This process also gives you complete control over the activation process. Once you receive your gift cards, you can activate your gift cards by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘History’ tab. Once you have located the Order ID, click on the Wand icon. The order status will read ‘order processed’ when complete.
